I recently purchased this cage, getting excellent service from Pattie. She was great at assuring me of delivery dates, charges, etc. She showed obvious concerns on ensuring the customer got the best service possible.
This cage was purchased for my first bird, so I was a newbie from a 'cage' standpoint. I purchased it at the recommendation of a local bird society club officer/member. I have subsequently ordered a cover for it, and everyone I spoke with complimented me on the cage choice. I've also spoken with employees of a local breeder whom also have spoken highly of this cage.
From a user standpoint, I love this cage. It is light, easy to maneuver on carpets, easy to clean, and the part I really like, and found hard to find, is the recessed feeding dishes. I had a knowledgeable friend help assemble it, and he was impressed with the quality of the parts and how easy it was to assemble.
I highly recommend this product and Feather Fantasy.
